Much of this is due to opening the software and being completely overwhelmed I don't know where to start with the hundreds of tasks that are now in my system, let alone the giant pile of un-reviewed/labeled tasks that have built up in my inbox. The framework is in place, but I'm not building the house. To put this as plainly as possible, I'm not following through with even 10% of what I capture. That's about where the "good" of my process begins and ends. I also have a "next actions" label ("next"). I'm using labels for all contexts and the sidebar for projects and associated tasks, with projectless-tasks living under each main subheading. I've also landed on a configuration in Todoist that I think is pretty well organized and effective given the constraints of the software. It works flawlessly in almost every situation and is a capturing method that I would highly recommend. My process is this: I have a thought, squeeze my Pixel 3 to launch Google Assistant and say "GTD (TASK HERE)," which I've configured via IFTTT to automatically add said task to my Todoist inbox. I'll begin with the "good." I have become very proficient with capturing tasks and potential projects on the fly, and almost nothing gets by me at this point. That said, I'm closer than I've ever been, however my system (via Todoist) has gotten out of control and I need some help. First off, let me start by saying that I have been working on implementing GTD into my life for the past couple of years now and am STILL struggling to integrate properly.
